The control box,and another casing of machine must be link to earth by electric line to eliminate the extra electric charge in the machine,check it during the routine inspection,make sure all electric part keep dry.
6. Cutting electric power before adjust the machine,adding lubricating oil,clear machine checking or etc.
7. During clearing or checking the mold case(down mold),use tool to fixed the up mold  stable,in case it fall down and cause physical damage,when checking is finished,remove the tool.
8. The operator must fully know each function for the button in control box,so when some error happen,he must know how to operator,it requires the knowledge about this machine and experience.During producing,no one is allowed to put his any part of body between up mold and mold case,and another activity part of the machine,which is very dangerous.
9. The operator must fully understand his responsibility for the job,irrelevant person is not allowed to touch this machine for safety consideration.
