Introducing the 4 Ton Ride-on Vibrator Rollers from Jurong Topall Machinery Co., Ltd. These rollers are designed to provide efficient and effective compaction and repair of asphalt pavement, general road base, city roads, inter-city and township roads, and other projects. With their mechanical vibration and two-*** gear shift, these rollers offer versatile performance. The hydraulic vibration feature allows for even more effective compaction, while the rear drum hydraulic oscillation or vibration provides added flexibility. The start-oscillatory function can be controlled electrically, making operation simple and convenient. The rollers also feature hydraulic steering and light operation for ease of use.
The articulated frame and flexible steering of these rollers ensure compact design and a nice appearance. The electric control pressurized sprinkler system helps to keep the pavement moist during operation, enhancing the compaction process. For transportation convenience, a trailer is provided.
These rollers are powered by a supercharged diesel engine, making them suitable for use in highland areas.
The vibratory oscillatory roller is particularly well-suited for compacting and repairing bridge surface asphalt pavement that is unfit to compact with a vibratory roller.
