Concrete Vibrating Poker
Introducing the ZN Planetary Internal Concrete Vibrator with Flexible Shaft, driven by an electric motor. This essential instrument is widely used in the construction industry to consolidate and compact various types of concrete, whether it's plastical, semi-plastical, or nearly dry.
Features:
1. The vibrator consists of two components: a driving electric motor and a vibrator head. The vibrator head includes a vibrating body and a set of flexible pipe and shaft. With its simple structure, easy operation, and low maintenance, this vibrator is a reliable choice.
2. Please note that left-hand threads are applied at the ends of the casing. The connection thread between the flexible shaft and rolling body is right-handed.
3. There are three coupling methods available between the flexible shaft and rotating shaft of the motor, which can be supplied separately based on the buyer's demands.
4. The driving electric motor is a three-phase or single-phase asynchronous motor with anti-reverse elements, ensuring the safety of the flexible shaft.
5. To ensure proper operation, make sure the motor is rotating in the correct direction. The red arrow mark on the coupler of the motor indicates its right rotating direction.
Instructions for Use:
1. Before using the motor, check the insulation resistance, which should not be below 1 MΩ. The green-yellow or light blue wire in the power supply cable is the ground wire. For safety, include a three-phase or single-phase residual current protective switch in the power supply circuit.
2. Insert the pipe connector and the shaft plug into the motor coupler, then tighten them using the connecting spanner.
3. If you find the motor rotating in reverse direction, exchange two of the three-phase wires. Otherwise, the flexible shaft won't rotate when the motor is operating.
4. Begin vibrating by shaking the vibrating body against the ground until you hear a "WU WU" sound, indicating normal operation. Then, you can put the vibrating body into the concrete to operate.
5. During operation, let the vibrating body go down into the concrete by its gravity, not by external force. Avoid welding a steel bar at the front of the vibrating body while it's vibrating in the air, as this can seriously damage the vibrating body. The bending radius of the flexible pipe should not be less than 500mm to ensure a longer service life.
Maintenance:
1. After each operation, thoroughly clean the entire vibrator to keep it in good condition. Store the driving electric motor in a dry place.
2. After a certain period of use, disassemble the vibrator, clean it, and add some high melting grease into the bearing in the vibrating body to extend the vibrator head's service life. When reassembling, ensure the space from the bearing to the cone inside the vibration body is free of dust, oil, and water.
3. If you find water or oil on the raceway during operation, indicating that the flexible shaft is operating while the vibrating body is not vibrating or vibrating weakly (often called the slippery state), disassemble the vibrating body and clean its inside thoroughly with petrol.
4. After a certain period of use, the flexible pipe may wear out or lengthen, resulting in a difficult connection between the flexible shaft plug and rotating shaft. In such cases, disassemble the conical sleeve, cut off the over-length pipe, and reassemble them. Then, the vibrator head can be put into use again.
