The CPM30D  Concrete Pump and Mixer mixing conveyer is equipped with agitation and transportation functions. The agitation system utilizes a self-fall type bi-pyramid to reverse discharging mechanism, while the hydraulic system employs a double cylinder piston type with electrical and hydraulic control. The S valve assignment form enhances efficiency and performance.

Main Parts

• The main engine consists of the hydraulic system, electric system, pump system, mixing mechanism, distributing valve, running gear, cowling, rack, and transfer pipeline.
• The hydraulic system includes the main oil route system, distributing valve oil system, and mixing oil system.
• The main oil route system comprises an oil filter, ram pump, electromagnetism distributing valve, electromagnetism overflow valve, check valve, main oil cylinder, and pipeline appendix.
• The distributing valve oil system includes an oil filter, electromagnetism distributing valve, oil cylinder, and pipeline appendix.
